As we all know a thought is just a thought…
A workshop designed to create calm in the mind and presence in the heart.
Time: 6pm - 7:30pm
What we will do:
6pm - 10min check in and ice breaker
6:15pm - meditation connection to self / thoughts
6:30pm 7pm - do written exercise and group assistance, how to separate from your anxious thoughts by using your senses. Journal prompt, sharing
7pm - closing circle ✨
